Walking the Walk- Rules explanation

It was brought to my attention that I never posted the specific scoring and rules for the league I am in.

14 teams, Starters- 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 2 OP, 1 DST, 1 K. six bench spots

14 weeks regular season, eight teams make playoffs, three weeks of playoffs, one week per matchup

Two keepers each year, no draft pick trading. Draft order is reverse of previous year final standings.

QBs-

25 yards=2 points
TD Pass= 4
50+ yard TD Pass bonus= 2
2 pt conversion=1
INT= -2

RB-

10 rushing yards= 2
40+ yard TDs= +2
TD Rush= 6

WR, TE-

5 receiving yards= 1
40+ yard receiving TD= +2
2 pt conversion= 1
receiving TD= 6

Kick Return TD= 6
Punt return TD= 6
Fumble recovered for TD= 6
Fumbles Lost= -2

K-

PAT=1
FG miss= -1
FG 30-39 yards= 3
FG 40-49= 4
FG 50-59= 5
FG miss 30-39= -3
FG miss 40-49= -2

DST-

Sack= 1
INT return TD= 4
Fumble return TD= 4
Kick return TD= 4
Punt return TD= 4
Block returned for TD= 4
Blocked punt/kick= 4
INT= 2
Fumble recovered= 2
Safety= 4
0 points allowed= 16
1-6 points allowed= 14
7-13= 10
14-17= 6
22-27= -4
28-34= -6
35-45= -10
46+= -12

So when I refer to how many points my team or individual players scored in “Walking the Walk”, that’s the scoring. In other articles, I will do my best to use standard scoring.
