Add/Drops for Thanksgiving

Posted: November 24, 2010 in Fantasy Football

I’ll keep this simple, because I have my own turkey in the oven as we speak.

ADD Keiland Williams
and DROP Clinton Portis, who is now officially out for the rest of the season.

ADD Mike Tolbert who will be THE guy in San Diego.
And DROP Ryan Mathews in 10 team leagues. Bench him in all others.

ADD Kevin Boss. With Hakeem Nicks and Steve Smith out with injuries, Boss looks like the go-to red zone target.

ADD Brandon Jacobs who was named the week 12 starter after all of Ahmad Bradshaw’s fumbling issues.

DROP Lee Evans. Steve Johnson is clearly the top receiver in Buffalo now.

DROP Marshawn Lynch. Enough is enough, this guy will never get back to fantasy prominence.

DROP Brent Celek. Michael Vick refuses to look at him.

DROP Patrick Crayton and Ajeratutu. With Vincent Jackson back in the fold, Philip Rivers has plenty of targets between Jackson, Antonio Gates, Legedu Naanee and Malcom Floyd.

ADD Mario Manningham if he is somehow still unowned in your league.

ADD Tavaris Jackson…. Might not play this week. But he will soon.

ADD Ben Obomanu. With Mike Williams hurt, Obomanu has been the top receiver in Seattle. And there is no run game there.

ADD Danny Woodhead. The Patriots may not hand off to him much, but they find ways to get the ball in his hands on a regular basis.

Maybe don’t add Dexter McCluster yet, but keep an eye on him. With Dwayne Bowe busting out, and the running game so strong, McCluster’s speed could wreak havoc on a defense that forgets about him.

ADD Josh Morgan. Defenses are keying on Michael Crabtree, leaving him open. Also ADD Troy Smith if he is still out there. and DROP Alex Smith, if he is still owned for some reason.

There you have it, rapid fire. Matthew Berry could make his 1,000 word articles that take 20 minutes to read into 300 word articles, if he would just quit the monologue at the beginning of each article… in my personal opinion.
