Observations

I can’t help but wonder how healthy Brett Favre would be now, if he had sat out some of those 297 straight starts, to give his body the rest it needed. He could very well have saved  two or three years by missing a few games in that timespan.

Jamaal Charles might be the #1 overall pick next season. He has 6.4 yards per carry. The next closest back with over 200 carries is Darren McFadden at 5.2. Listen to this. He is third in the NFL is rushing yards after 203 carries. The other nine rushers in the top ten have an average of 277 carries, or 74 more. And seven of those guys have LESS rushing yards than Charles. Consider this, Frank Gore, an elite fantasy running back in his own right, finished his season with 203, the same amount Charles has now, and has 450 less rushing yards. Just saying.

Roddy White leads the NFL in receptions and receiving yards. Just saying.
