Early notes

Just a few things to notice in the first games of the day…

Craig Kimbrel got the first Braves save, and struck out two in one inning.

Livan Hernandez was very good in a losing effort. He is useful in deeper leagues. He will give you lots of outs, especially in points leagues.

Mariano Rivera is one save closer to the record.

Joba Chamberlain looked pretty good in one inning of work and got the win.

Curtis Granderson was awesome on defense, along with a home run.

Miguel Cabrera seemed just fine going 1-2, with an RBI and two runs.

Derek Lowe was lights out in 5.2 innings, no runs, six strikeouts.
